What You Should Know

Payment Schedule

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due with your booking form. The balance is due on October 31, 2023. If registering on or after this date, the full amount will be due when you register.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit of $500 is non-refundable and non-transferable. A cancellation prior to October 31, 2023, will receive a 75% refund less the $500 deposit. No refunds will be issued after October 31, 2023.

Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended and must be purchased within 15 days of making your first deposit. Cancellations received after October 31, 2023 will forfeit the entire amount paid regardless of reason, including family emergencies or medical issues.

Liability waiver signatures will be required before playing the first round.
